Therefore, we provide this Privacy Policy (also referred to as "Policy") to explain how we collect, manage, use, and protect your personal data.

By using Mobility and/or visiting our site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the collection, storage, use, and transfer of your personal data as described in this Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE COLLECT IT

We do not ask for your personal data unless it is truly necessary. We collect personal data to provide you with safe, fast, and efficient services. To do this, we need to collect information to identify users.

Please note that we collect and process your personal data based on your consent. This collection and processing of your personal data will not harm any of your rights or interests.

We may also collect your personal data automatically, such as through cookies and other technologies, as described below in this Policy.

Categories of personal data:

For the client

When you use our site as a client of the Agent, we collect the following personal data: your name, surname, email address, and phone number. This information is necessary for booking tickets through the Partnerka service.
All payments for tickets you have booked are credited to our bank account, but we do not store or process your payment data. For details on what information is collected during a payment transaction, please review the terms of the payment system used for processing payments. The Agent may collect additional data. Please refer to the Agent's Privacy Policy for more information.

For the agent

To use our service, as a company representative, you need to create a user account on our site. For this, we will collect the following information:

a. Registration information for the Mobility site:

When you create your user account on the Mobility service as a representative of your company, we will need your email address, phone (optional), and full name. We will also need the name of the company you represent and a brief description of your company. We require this information to verify that you are registering as a company representative, as our service is only available to companies. To tailor our service to your location, you also need to provide information about the country where your company is registered.

To provide our service, we need the following information about your company: company name, address, company email, website, and company description. This information helps us better understand your company's activities and the services you provide.

To start using our service, your company needs to sign a Commission Agreement, where you must provide additional information about your company, such as (company code (optional), information about the company manager, and payment details). You provide this information solely as a party to the Agreement.

b. Automatically collected information

We automatically collect certain information about you and the device you use to visit the site. For example, when you use our site, we log your IP address, operating system type, browser type, the website you came from, the page you viewed, and the dates/times you accessed the site. We may also collect information about the actions you take while using our site, such as the links you click on.

c. Google Analytics

We may also use Google Analytics as a web analytics tool to help us understand how visitors interact with our site. Google Analytics collects data such as browser, device type, device model, location, country, city, service provider, screen resolution (on mobile screens), time spent on the site, language, operating system, pages visited on the site, and information generated by cookies about the use of the site (including the user's IP address) may be transmitted and stored on Google servers.

We collect personal data about you either directly from you or from certain third parties as follows:

  3. We also collect personal data about you from third parties such as
    • marketing and sales generation business partners;
    • other public or publicly available sources such as social networks, public and online sites, open databases, and public domain data.

2. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data Protection

You have the right to exercise your rights granted to you by the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection", as well as other legal acts regulating the protection of personal data. These rights include:

  1. You have the right to receive information about your personal data, including:
    • requesting any personal data we have collected about you;
    • requesting information about the purpose of collecting personal data;
    • requesting information about how we share your personal data;
    • requesting information about the deletion of your personal data, and more.
  2. You may correct or change any of your personal data at any time.
  3. You have the right to object to any processing carried out based on our legitimate interests if there are reasons related to your particular situation.
  4. You have the right to portability, allowing you to easily transfer, copy, or move personal information from one organization to another.
  5. You have the right to access your personal data.
  6. You may request the deletion of your user accounts and personal data along with them.

We process your personal data based on your voluntarily given consent.

3. How we use the information

We collect, use, and process your personal data that we collect or receive for the following purposes:

  • to provide you with the Partnerka service on Mobility;
  • to manage, control, analyze, promote, and improve our site and service, as well as to provide you with the site and service functionality;
  • to communicate with you and respond to your inquiries, for example, to answer your questions, notify you of any changes in Mobility, and address issues related to your account;
  • for analytics and research purposes;
  • to ensure compliance with this Policy, resolve disputes, fulfill our obligations, enforce our rights, and protect our business interests and the interests and rights of third parties;
  • to comply with contractual and legal obligations and requirements;
  • to achieve any other purpose for which you provide personal data;
  • for any other legitimate purpose or other purpose for which you provide us with your consent.

4. How you can access and correct your personal data

If you have registered a user account on the Mobility site, you can change your personal data by sending us an email at law@mobility.partners.

If you wish to access your personal data or ask any other questions related to your personal data, you can send your request to law@mobility.partners.

5. How we protect your personal data

We take the security of your personal data seriously. We take all necessary measures to protect the personal data we collect from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, interference, and disclosure. These measures include encryption methods and authentication procedures. Mobility is designed to comply with, among other things, the goals of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" as well as other legal acts regulating personal data protection.

The storage and processing of your personal data may take place on servers and resources owned by us or independent contractors and may be located in any country worldwide (including, but not limited to, EU countries, the EEA, the US, or Canada). By using our site, you agree to the transfer of your personal data outside of Ukraine.

6. How long we keep your personal data

According to the principle of data storage limitation, we will keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or until you request that we delete your personal data.

7. Personal data breach

If we become aware that your personal data has been breached, we will try to notify you immediately if required by law. We will conduct our internal investigation to provide you with all details of such a personal data breach before sending you a notification. We may not send you any notifications if our internal investigation finds that the breach is unlikely to affect your rights.

8. Information for children

Our services are not intended for minors, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from minors. If you are a parent or guardian of a minor and believe that your child may have provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at law@mobility.partners, and we will delete this information without delay.

9. Changes to this privacy policy

Changes to this Privacy Policy are generally made in accordance with new or amended laws and/or new or amended business procedures. However, we may update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without prior notice, so please review it periodically. We may provide you with additional forms of notification of changes and/or updates as appropriate under certain circumstances.

Your continued use of the site or service after any changes to this Privacy Policy will mean your agreement to such changes and/or updates. You can determine when this Privacy Policy was last reviewed by referring to the "Last updated" date above.

If you do not agree with any changes to this Privacy Policy and do not want your personal data to be subject to it, you need to delete your user account.
